How quickly will I recieve a response?

We typically respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST). For urgent order issues, please include your order number in the subject line for priority handling.

How can i track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by emailing contact@peptrixlabs.com with your order number. Orders are processed within 0-2 business days, with most arriving within 3-5 business days from fulfillment. Every order includes free shipment protection.

I recieved the wrong item or my order is damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email contact@peptrixlabs.com immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund within 24 hours. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we cover all shipping costs for replacements.

Can you help me with peptide reconstitution?

Absolutely! Our team can provide guidance on proper reconstitution techniques, dosing calculations, and storage recommendations.  Each product page also includes specific reconstitution instructions.

My payment was declined. What should i do?

Payment declines can occur for several reasons. First, ensure your billing address matches your card exactly. If issues persist, try a different payment method or contact your bank to authorize the transaction. You can also email us and we’ll help troubleshoot or provide alternative payment options.

What does "Research Use Only" mean?

“Research Use Only” (RUO) is a classification indicating that a product is intended exclusively for laboratory research and experimental investigation. Products labeled RUO are not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any clinical applications in humans or animals.

What is your return and refund policy?
We stand behind every product. Unopened returns are accepted within 30 days for store credit. Free replacement is provided for damaged or lost shipments. We offer a full replacement or refund if products don’t meet stated specifications.
